Initial duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
*Proactively manage senior client stakeholder's engagement, to develop client relationships to win new business
*Display your strong track record in selling to secure new business, well displaying your up to date knowledge of market trends across key HR system providers across workday, SAP/Sucessfactors, Oracle and Cornerstone on Demand.
*Successfully design and deliver HR Technology engagements with a cross sector focus,
*Be confidant and capable of operating across a broad range of industry sectors
*Continually contribute to business development to win new accounts
*Demonstrate your ability to overcome ongoing issues, well leading a team to achieve goals and objectives
*Play an activate role in recruiting for high caliber consultants to the company, play an activate role in the introduction of new hires
In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria:
*Have a primary degree (2.1) or above - from a leading university preferred
*Able to demonstrate previous experience in working on global HR transformation, people and organisational change projects
*Have five plus years of people and business management experience
*Experience of other SaaS HCM products would be beneficial
*Knowledge of some, or all Workday functionality (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion)
*Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders and peers
*Creative and innovative mind set with the ability to 'think outside the box'
*Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
*Experience of working in professional services or financial services preferable
*Experience of working in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
