Those searching for risk jobs in London could well have found opportunities with Morgan Stanley over the past few months, if recent reports are anything to go by.

But Britons keen on taking risk jobs with this particular employer may want to get their skates on as the publication notes that following recent growth it is scaling back its recruitment activity.

However, there still appear to plenty of opportunities for people seeking London risk jobs, with RBS and Nomura predicted to be "among the biggest hirers of risk professionals in 2010".

It was also suggested that Barclays Capital will have a significant presence in hiring such workers.
