Interest in corporate brokers ''is growing''

There is increasing demand for corporate brokers to work in finance jobs in London, it has been stated.

According to eFinancialCareers, interest in employing people in such positions is growing and experienced professionals are "extraordinarily popular right now".

However, the news source notes that the most in-demand corporate brokers tend to have developed strong relationships with clients.

The report suggests that a wide range of banks and financial institutions are hiring corporate brokers, including Deutsche and Execution Noble.

Staff are being poached, with companies capitalising on the perceived difficulties of their rivals and the hiring market rated as "hot".

This reflects a recent assertion made by Agence France Presse that the UK''s banking industry is becoming increasingly competitive and is "in the midst of a makeover" as tycoons such as US billionaire Vernon Hill and Virgin Money boss Richard Branson prepare to launch new ventures and expand their reach in the financial services market.ADNFCR-2929-ID-19659032-ADNFCR
