A good employer should be able to lead by their own example, according to one business expert.

In news that may be of interest to those looking for finance jobs in Hong Kong who want to work under a good boss, Shaf Rasul, a dragon on Dragon''s Den online and a judge for the 2010 Orange Leader of the Year Award, said that he views his staff as his most important asset.

He added that in these times of austerity, he has taken a more active interest in the welfare of his workforce and now tries to get more involved with his employees.
