From the very beginning, our culture has been to go that one step further; to do more for clients than what is asked of us; to be the best that we can be. A career within this type of environment is demanding, but rewarding.
Our aim is to give our team everything they need to be effective, productive and to further develop their skills whilst enjoying a fun, professional environment to work in.
Our environment
We want to do our bit. It's the very least we can ask of ourselves. So we recycle as much as we can, we use energy efficient suppliers and our cleaners make sure they use environmentally friendly supplies.
But that's not enough. Even though we actively encourage the use of public transport, almost a quarter of our workforce has chosen to ditch the tube and opt for the cycle2work scheme!
Supporting our greatest asset
Our employees are the reasons for our success. We understand that in order to keep them making our business a success we need to make their life work better for them, So we have a bunch of nice touches to recognise that there's more to life than working 24 hours a day. We have half day holidays on your birthday, duvet days when you need that unexpected day off, 25 days holiday a year and we're pretty flexible when it comes to supporting our staff with young families.
Sharing
We offer our advice to all who want it, whether that be speaking at events or supporting school students career aspirations through participating in mentoring programmes. Wherever possible we take the opportunity to share and gain knowledge, and to share the benefit of our experience with others.

Charity
Our people are generous with their time and their hard earned cash.
We take part in the annual JP Morgan Chase Challenge raising money for a range of charities and we also run a number of company-wide charity days for Children in Need, Jeans for Genes and Breast Cancer care. This usually includes our senior management team dressing up and serving the whole office tea and biscuits! And our 5-a-side football team, cricket team and Rugby Sevens team all do their bit for supporting our community.
