Technology: Investment Manager: Major shared services hiring project

A key Astbury Marsden asset management client needed to expand their Shared Services Technology function to support a growing business demand and diverse product offering.

Over a period of four months, Astbury Marsden placed 17 out of the 26 new hires in the Group.  This included four Programme Managers, 10 Business Analysts (four permanent and six contract resources) and three contract Application Developers.  A further five hires were internal moves or direct hires.

This was not an exclusive mandate Astbury Marsden was one of five preferred suppliers asked to deliver these resources.
