A key global client for Astbury Marsden was endeavouring to source an experienced C# derivatives developer in Tokyo. However, due to the competitiveness of this market and the lack of qualified skills locally they needed to explore a different approach.

In this instance, the successful Candidate was sourced from the UK and relocated to Tokyo. He was working for a major competitor in London and always wanted to live in Asia.
