Astbury Marsden unveils new Compliance team head

Astbury Marsden has further strengthened its Banking team with the appointment of Clem Cull to lead its Compliance offering.

With five years experience in compliance recruitment including most recently, a senior role at Joslin Rowe, Clem has an in-depth knowledge of the market and its demands.

Clem is responsible for building on the team's existing client and candidate base in the Compliance space as well as establishing new relationships.

While there has been a marked increase in vacancies across all compliance sectors, candidates who have monitoring or advisory experience remain highly sought after.
