Astbury Marsden has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For list for 2011. This distinguished award surveyed both Astbury Marsden's policies and the views of employees to decipher the company's performance against eight key indicators of workplace engagement.
Astbury Marsden and other entrants were benchmarked against staff opinions on leadership, management, colleagues, pay and benefits, wellbeing, giving something back, personal development and the overall sense of affiliation with the company. 567 SMEs were surveyed and Astbury Marsden appeared in the list alongside companies such as Innocent and Baringa Partners.
